WHO WE ARE

A Vertically Integrated Fastener Plant

Infasron operates an integrated plant where heading, thread rolling, heat treatment and coating run in one line — so dimensions, finish and delivery stay under one quality system.

Infasron is a fastener manufacturer with over 40 years of production experience. The main plant is based in Nantong, China, supported by a marketing office in Shanghai and the group headquarters in Hong Kong.

From standard self-drilling screws to drawing-based custom hardware, the same team handles quotation, production follow-up, inspection and export documentation — keeping communication direct from first inquiry to shipment.

WHAT WE MAKE

Self-Drilling Screws, Engineered for Steel Fixing

The range is built for steel-to-steel and steel-to-light-gauge fixing — structural, suture and pointed configurations with verified drill points, threads and heads.

Bi-Metal Construction

304 or 316 stainless steel head with a hardened carbon steel drill tip — corrosion resistance where it shows, drilling strength where it counts.

Coating & Corrosion Resistance

The standard RUSPERT coating meets Class 4 (AS 3566.2-2005) for outdoor and corrosive environments. Options are confirmed from product attributes and required standard.

Customization

Dimensions, thread forms, head styles, drill points, materials, finishes, packing and labeling can be reviewed from drawings or samples to match project specifications.

Thread rolling, drill-point forming and coating are controlled in-house, with salt-spray and driving-torque tests run in our own CNAS-accredited lab (L26166, ISO/IEC 17025) before shipment. This keeps batch-to-batch consistency and lets us validate custom specs quickly.
